When Will My Order Ship?

All orders received by 1:00pm PST will usually ship same-day (unless we're waiting on more coffee to be roasted, in which case coffee orders will probably be processed and shipped a later time depending on the day of the week).

Canada & International Shipping 

International items may take longer due to foreign customs processing. All international orders that are shipped with UPS or Fedex will have a tracking number so that you can follow your package during the whole transit time. ORDERS SHIPPED VIA USPS FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL MAIL HAVE NO GUARANTEED TRANSIT TIME OR TRACKING ABILITY ONCE THEY LEAVE THE UNITED STATES FOR YOUR COUNTRY. 

*You may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information.

Please refer to your country’s authority website for the latest updates on Value Added Taxes, rates, Customs tariffs, and other fees. Black Fuel Trading Co. Inc. holds no responsibility for fees that are subjected by international authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. 



USPS Priority International is faster, typically arrives in 7 - 10 business days from when shipped BUT HAS LIMITED CONFIRMATION TRACKING depending on country (view list of countries). The customs declaration number will not show an update until it is released from customs in your country.

We are unable to ship domestically and / or internationally to P.O./APO/FPO boxes.



We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. To be eligible for a return your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and sent back within 30 days of your purchase to be eligible for a refund. To return your products please repackage them to prevent transit damage. Any items that are damaged on the way back to us due to improper packaging will not be refunded, as we will not be able to sell them again.

Also please note that returns are to be made at your expense.


Unfortunately we are unable to offer an exchange on returned items but you can send something back for a full refund and then place a new order for the size, color or item you’d prefer.

As an International customer, you can return your parcel using any postal service. Please note - you'll need to cover the postage costs yourself. It’s a good idea to mark your parcel as ‘returned goods’ to avoid being charged any duties.  Before you do a return please contact for further instructions. 

The parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us - remember to ask for proof of postage, so if your parcel goes missing in the mail, you’ll have proof you’ve sent it.

When you return your order, just pop a returns note in the parcel with the following details marked on it:

-Your order number.

-Which items you’re returning for a refund.

Original freight fees are not refundable.

All items purchased on sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


To return an item you must first contact us at We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number, which needs to be written visibly on the outside of the package. Any packages coming back to us without a proper Return Merchandise Authorization number on the outside of the package will be refused and returned to sender. Please make sure to email us for the RMA number as we need this in writing for our records.

What if I was shipped the wrong item?

We are so sorry if a mistake was made in processing your order! Please email us with your order number and the item number of the merchandise that you received as well as the item that you were expecting. We'll send you a return shipping label. If we have the correct item in stock, we'll ship it to you once the incorrect item is received. If the item is no longer available, we'll credit your original form of payment.

What if my merchandise is damaged in transit?

Should any merchandise arrive damaged, please notify us at within 24 hours of receiving your merchandise.  

Domestic Orders: We request that you contact us so that we can provide you with a return shipping address of where to send your damaged item. Once it is received, we will ship you a replacement. If the item is something we no longer carry or was a limited edition item we will submit a full refund of the damaged item(s) only.  

International Orders: We request that photos of the damaged item(s) be attached to the email.  If the item is in stock, we will ship you out a replacement.  If the item is something we no longer carry or was a limited edition item, we will submit a full refund of the item(s).  Please note you are responsible for import duties and taxes.

We will try our best to adjust your order, so please contact us as soon as possible at
